Senior expat nurses in govt hospitals await pay revision

KUWAIT: Many of the senior nurses employed with the Ministry of Health
are patiently waiting to receive salary increments that were promised years ago. “They promised salary upgrades a long time ago. They said again that we would definitely receive salary increments this month. How true is this - we don’t know as yet. We were promised the same many years ago. We believed and waited for so long. Unfortunately, we have not received it to this date,” admitted a senior nurse who requested anonymity.
