The Public Health and Population Ministry announced on Tuesday the discovery of a new case of swine flu in a 47-year-old Yemeni who arrived from the United States. The officials have confirmed the country’s seventh case of swine flu.

SANA’A — Yemen confirmed a total of five swine flu cases in the country Wednesday and declared a state of emergency, less than a week after the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the first pandemic in 40 years.
