* Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
* Minimum 10 year’s experience in nursing and 5 years in nursing administration
* Registered Nurse with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
* Excellent leadership qualities with strong strategic planning skills.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
