Job Responsibilities:

* Provide technical service in perfusion practice to achieve customer satisfaction
* Established standard operation procedures (SOP) and policies to ensure quality of standards are maintained at all times.
* Respond and resolve customer complaints promptly to manage service quality and customer expectations
* Practice infection control and general cleanliness to prevent infection and equipment contamination to maintain safe and healthy operating environment.
* Select, review and maintain inventory cardio-thoracic equipment to enhance operating efficiency and productivity
* Guide and educate new staff on expected quality standards in the delivery of perfusion service as part of quality standards synchronization across PCMC.

Job Requirements:

* Medical assistant certificate/ Stated Registered
* Registered with the Medical Assistant Board/ Nursing Board of Malaysia
* Certificate in perfusion-Advanced Diploma /Post Registered program
