Pharmacists
The Job
You will provide a comprehensive range of pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients. Your general responsibilities will include optimising drug therapy through reviews, counselling patients and providing drug information to patients and healthcare professionals. You will supervise a team of staff to ensure the proper dispensing of medications according to protocol and regulatory requirements. You will also provide support in clinical drug trials and conduct research in the hospital.
You will have the opportunity to excel in specialty areas such as Infectious Disease, Critical Care, Aseptic Services, Clinical Nutrition, Renal Medicine, Haematology and Transplantation. You will also provide ambulatory clinical services at outpatient settings, such as Anticoagulation, Asthma and Medication Management Clinics.
Requirements
*Degree in Pharmacy which can be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
*Preferably with relevant work experience in a hospital, clinical or retail pharmacy setting
