Risk Management Specialist
Employer: King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, Riyadh
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reporting to the Director of Quality Management (QM), the Risk Management Specialist will:
* Assume responsibility for the organziation’s Risk Management activities
* Develope the Risk Management Plan in line with the organization’s mission
* Facilitate implementation of the Risk Management Plan
* Promote an organization-wide awareness of risk management and encourage participation
* Coordinate the investigation of actual and potential risks in the organization
* Prepare and present quaterly reports
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
* Maseter’s degree in health care management
* A minimum of five years experience as a Registered Nurse including two-years of recent experience in a management role, working in a mid- to large-sized acute-care hospital in North America.
* Experience in Patient Safety/Risk Management
* Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent
