*URGENT Openings RN-PICU*

The KFSHRC-Jeddah is a 250 bed, tertiary-level referral center that is JCI accredited. It is the only tertiary hospital in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. It is currently expanding, and within three years will have 600+ beds. The PICU currently has 10 beds; in May 2009, the unit will be opening an additional 10 beds.

• 85% of patients are paediatric cardiac surgery; remainder are paediatric ICU and adult cardiac ICU
• Primarily congenital anomalies
• Ratios are generally 1:1 with vented patients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree or Diploma in Nursing, and
• Current nursing license in Canada or the United States, and
• A minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse, including one-year of recent experience in a similar area, working in a mid- to large-sized acute-care hospital in North America
