Senior / Locum / Pharmacists

* Outpatient Pharmacists
* Ward-based Clinical Pharmacists
The Challenges
We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated pharmacists with good communication skills to provide patient-centred services to the different sub-specialties of psychiatry and mental health.
* Outpatient Setting
You will
o provide professional and clinical services to outpatients and retail customers
o check inpatient orders
o provide medication education and counseling
o provide drug information services
o conduct training and education sessions for staff
o run smoking cessation clinic
o supervise a team of Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants
* Ward Setting
You will
o provide professional and clinical services to inpatients
o attend ward rounds to contribute to patients’ drug therapy management and answer drug queries
o provide pharmaceutical care services
o attend and participate in journal clubs
o provide patient education/ pre-discharge & discharge medication counselling
o conduct training and education sessions for staff
o perform drug evaluation
o participate in clinical research
The Requirements
* Degree in Pharmacy that is registrable in Singapore
* Good organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
Registered pharmacists with no hospital working experience or fresh graduates are invited to apply.
Remuneration will commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
