Our cellular clinical research would focus on neuronal / cardiac stem cells and nerve regeneration. Equally important research areas (thematic) for us would be in stroke, neurophysiology and cardiac disorders.

You shall have:
- Min 10 years post MRCP / equivalent experience, with the last 5 years as a interventional neurologist
- Proven leadership qualities and accomplishments
- Within the last 5 years published in international medical related journals

Position Summary
To set and operate equipment used during the performance of Pacemaker/ ICD interrogation and programming, 24 hour Holter hooked-up and scanning, Event, 24 hour Ambulatory Blood pressure monitoring, Ankle brachial index, Physical, Pharmacological, Nuclear stress testing, 12 lead ECG and basic interpretation of all electrocardiograms.
Position Accountability /Job Duties
? Receives patient’s gather corresponding data and determines the procedure requested by the physician.
? Prepare the patient for pacemaker/ ICD interrogation, check all parameters, Electrogram, battery long ability, impedance, sensitivity, amplitude, event, therapies (ICD), Sensing and threshold testing. Save all data for future reference.
? Performs Stress ECG (physical, pharmacological, nuclear stress testing) under the supervision of cardiologist. Prepare the patient and connect the electrodes on specific areas where the best quality of ECG can be obtained during exercise. Provide the cardiologist the Blood pressure reading during each stage of the procedure. Save all the data from the MUSE system, keep all the record for department copy and final report to medical record.
? Hook up holter monitor to the patient and instruction given for best recording and patient diary for event recording. Analyze and check all annotation for correction, collect all the significant arrhythmias for cardiologist final interpretation. Transfer all the data to CD for department copy and final report to medical record.
? Connect ambulatory blood pressure monitor to the patient and instruction given for best BP recording. Download data to the system and print report for cardiologist final interpretation. Keep data for department copy and Final report to medical record.
? Perform 12- 15 lead Electrocardiograms both in and out patient. Connect the electrodes to the patient on the specific areas of arms, legs and chest after explaining the procedure to the patient, mount and process and maintain records of all tracing in accordance with established department standards and policies.
? Performs Ankle brachial Index (ABI) procedure to the patient through vascular Doppler machine. Records data and send report to the cardiologist for evaluation.
? Organizes appointment for in- patient and out patient activities.
? Perform minor repair and preventive maintenance on all commonly used equipment.
? Maintain departmental inventory of consumable supplies.
? Performs other related works as assigned or directed by the department head.
