NURSE MANAGER (3 POSITIONS – OT / ICU / WARDS)

We are in the midst of creating an internationally recognized Neuro & Cardiac Hospital, hence actively recruiting exceptional clinicians and support service employees. Our thrust is being a patient centric institution focusing on evidence based care, international benchmarks and innovation.

Our human capital strategy is an in-house salaried clinicians’ model whilst our medical equipment investments are targeted towards high end diagnostics technology and ICT. Team based and market focused strategies require us to always remain a learning and an innovative organization.

Our cellular clinical research would focus on neuronal / cardiac stem cells and nerve regeneration. Equally important research areas (thematic) for us would be in stroke, neurophysiology and cardiac disorders.

These individuals we seek MUST have the following:

* Values that are congruent with ours
* Highly self-motivated and innovative vis-à-vis start-ups
* Ability to excel within an inter-disciplinary approach to patient care
* Be able to excel in a digital environment (i.e. utilizing clinical software, E-patient records, E-prescription, scheduling & reports, etc) independently or be trainable

  • Min BSc in Nursing and registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
  • Min 10 years relevant experience with at least 4 years as In-charge of either OT or ICU or Wards
  • Experience in neuro & cardiac medicine, critical care, and infection control
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Note : Salaries will commensurate with experience and current salary drawn.

    Good day,

    Just want to inquire if you have position for cardiac nurse. I have been a cardiac nurse in St Luke’s Medical Center in Philippines ( A JCIA hospital )for 7 years and currently working as cardiac icu nurse in Albania.
