The Head of Pharmacy Services will ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical services in the most effective and efficient manner.  Directs, organizes, plans, coordinates, and controls hospital pharmacy services.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Master in Pharmacy from accredited school in North America.
• Completion of a 1 or 2 year residency preferred
• Minimum of Six (6) years of related hospital pharmacy experience in a pharmacy with a unit dose and IV Admixture program including 3 years in managerial position in a mid to large size acute-care hospital in North America.
