Job Summary:

Compounds and dispenses medications and prescriptions in accordance with accepted standards and established Pharmacy procedure. Performs professional work in the dispensing of medications in unit dose and I.V. admixture.
Requirements:

* BScPharm required, and
* Must hold current licensure as a hospital Pharmacist in Canada or the USA, and
* Two (2) years of current hospital pharmacy experience utilizing unit dose and IV admixture services, working in a large North American acute-care hospital.
