The Director of Case Management will be responsible for the supervision of case managers and discharge planners to promote effective utilization of healthcare resources.
Requirements:

* Must hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing
* Must have a minimum of seven (7) years experience as a registered nurse, including four (4) years current, full-time experience in case management, working in a large North American acute-care hospital.
* Must hold a current RN license from Canada or the USA.
