The Job
Reporting to the Director, Allied Health, you will provide support in strategic, quality and operational management as well as assist in building capabilities in the Allied Health Division.
You will devise innovative solutions, processes and systems to optimise resource utilization. Your role will also include monitoring and reviewing performance standards and key indicators of the Division as well as facilitating manpower planning, training & career development of Allied Health Professionals in the Division.
Requirements
* A recognised degree in Allied Health disciplines with preferably postgraduate degree in Management or Administration or Allied Health disciplines.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of managerial experience in a large organisation, preferably in healthcare.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
