The Job
You will support the Senior Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Client Services and general administration of the Pathology department. You will also co-operate with different levels of staff to implement processes related to quality improvement, administration and projects.
Your initial training requires you to be deployed to various laboratories before being assigned to an operational and administrative support role.
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or its equivalent
* At least 6-10 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
* Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
