The Job
You will provide a comprehensive range of Pharmacy services to our inpatients and outpatients. General responsibilities include optimizing drug therapy through reviews, counseling patients and providing drug information to patients and healthcare professionals. You will also supervise a team of staff to ensure proper dispensing of medications according to protocol and regulatory requirements, and providing support in clinical drug trials.
You will have opportunities to conduct research, teach and excel in specialty areas such as Infectious Disease, Critical Care, Aseptic Services, Clinical Nutrition, Renal Medicine, Haematology and Transplantation; in addition to running Ambulatory clinical services at Anticoagulation, Asthma, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Rheumatology, and Medication Management Clinics.
Requirements
· Registered or be eligible to be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
· Relevant work experience in a hospital, clinical or retail pharmacy setting is preferred
