SUNWAY MEDICAL CENTRE BERHAD is a leading acute tertiary healthcare centre situated in the integrated resort of Bandar Sunway. In line with our Hospital’s expansion, we invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following position :
NURSE COUNSELLOR
(Selangor – Bandar Sunway)
Responsibilities:
* Provide pre-admission counselling services to facilitate smooth patient admission. Provide patients with accurate and timely information on hospital protocols, treatment schedule and financial / medical coverage arrangements.
* Liaise with Specialists Consultants and related Departments to improve timeliness and effectiveness of patient management processes.
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction level.
Requirements:
* Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an established institution.
* Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board and possess a valid practising certificate.
* Has at least 2 year of working experience in a tertiary healthcare setting.
* Pleasant disposition, has a dynamic personality, a good team player and enjoys interacting with all levels of people.
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Ability to communicate in other languages is added advantage.
