REHABILITATION MANAGER (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Sports Therapy)
(Selangor – Bandar Sunway)

Responsibilities:

* Drive operational excellence of the Rehabilitation Medicine Department.
* Accountable to ensure that all rehabilitation medicine procedures (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, sports therapy, hand and micro-surgery) are delivered according to established health standards and statutory regulations to facilitate effective outcome of patient safety and patient management.
* Drive the department’s revenue generation through current facilities and explore new business opportunities and new services to maximize profits.
* Lead the rehabilitaiton team to be competent, motivated and efficient by upgrading their technical skills and knowledge. Provide regular evaluation, feedback, and coaching on staff performance for continual improvement.

Requirements:

* Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
* Has sound technical knowledge in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hand and microsurgery procedures and treatment.
* No less than 10 years of working experience in rehabilitation services with the recent 3 years at managerial level.
* A self-starter capable of working within various groups including Consultants to drive the department’s business results and at the same time deliver the highest level of patient outcome through rehabilitation medicine.
