RESPONSIBILITIES

*Provide first line support for facility users of clinical applications and workflow changes.
*Coordinates staff education of Clinical Information Systems.
*Collaborates with end-users to help define health care information problems and identifying solutions.
*Participates in facility wide process improvement teams related to clinical information systems.

REQUIREMENTS

*Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Nursing
*Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
*Minimum 5 years in nursing experience, preferably in critical areas
*Must process working knowledge in clinical nursing practice
*Computer literate and good communication skills
