Clinical Laboratory Sales
TRANSLAB (M) SDN BHD, an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, is an established importer and distributor of a wide range of laboratory, scientific, diagnostics, medical and hospital equipment and supplies serving the universities / colleges, R&D institutions, private laboratories, industries / factories, hospitals / medical centres, government klinik kesihatan and various ministries and departments since 1984.
Majority of the products and agency lines we represent are imported from reputable manufacturers in Europe, USA and Asia including Japan, Korea and China.
We invite suitable and qualified candidates to join our growing business in two (2) Sales Divisions – (A) Clinical Laboratory Products (B) Scientific Products
Clinical Laboratory Division -To promote and sell a wide range of diagnostics, clinical laboratory equipment and disposables to the clinical laboratories and blood banks in government and private hospitals. Report to the Sales Manager, Clinical Laboratory Division.
Requirements:
o Able to work independently with self-discipline and minimum supervision
o Committed to non-corruptible personal ethics and work values
o Serious to build up selling as a long term career
o High EQ especially good communication and interpersonal skills
o Enjoy field work and confident to interact with people of different status
o Able to continuously learning, trainable and applying the knowledge and skills (salesmanship and product information) in selling situations
o Able to read and understand relevant product manuals and reprints and apply the knowledge accordingly
o With own transport and able to visit customers regularly within KL/Klang Valley areas and assigned states
o Minimum 2 years field sales experience in related field (Compulsory Requirement)
o Degree/Diploma in Science, Life Science, Medical Science or related disciplines
o Recently retired laboratory personnel (in good health and looking for new career in sales) are encouraged to apply
o Computer and IT knowledge essential
Employment package includes monthly salary, monthly sales incentives, annual bonus, medical and hospital benefits and personal insurance, transport reimbursement (fixed and variable), outstation visit (transport, food and hotel), mobile phone usage reimbursement, use of company computer notebook and attending local and overseas training.
