MICROBIOLOGIST, R & D(Selangor)
The Job
* Responsible in development of new microbiological testing procedures and continuously upgrade methods of testing in microbiological laboratories
* Validation of new microbiological methods including preservative effectiveness test
* Perform routine microbiological tests base on analytical procedures to meet quality control standards and trouble shoot unsatisfactory results and collating data
* Maintain laboratory equipments, apparatus, chemicals and reagents and all reference standards
* Alert superior on any findings that may lead to potential major quality deviation in a timely manner
* Maintain safety and hygiene working environment as per GLP standard
The Person
* Candidate must possess Degree in Science, majoring in Microbiology
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Good analytical knowledge and skills in handling various analytical instruments
* Minimum 2 years working experience in microbiology lab, exposure in pharmaceutical lab will be an added advantage
* Computer literate – Microsoft Office
* Willing to work long hours
* Must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam in R&D Centre
