Health Advisors
(Johor)
Responsibilities:
* To provide excellent customer service and maximize sales opportunities within the Health Division by providing product information and guidance to the customers, assisting them in selecting the right product as well as advising on the correct usage of the products.
* To provide health tests to the customers on related promotional activities.
* To provide assistance and guidance to other staff within the store on health products by conducting product briefings at the stores, in particular on those hot and new items.
* To upkeep product knowledge of the team.
Requirements:
* University degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / Food Science / Biology / Food Technology / Chemistry / Science & Technology / Biomedical / Medical Science / Pharmacy or its equivalent.
* Those with one (1) year of relevant working experience in promoting vitamins or supplements will be an added advantage.
* Retired nurse, nutritionist, pharmacist assistant or fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
* Pleasant personality with strong initiatives and excellent in communication skills
