Requirements:

* Degree in the relevant field from a recognized Institution
* Registered with the respective Board in Singapore or Possess valid & relevant certificaton
* Prior experience is preferred, but NOT A MUST
* Fresh grad are welcome to apply
* Good working attitude
* Able to work independently and as a team
* Singaporean/SPR
* Malaysian with relevant experince may also apply

PHARMACIST

Collaborate with other health care professionals to plan, monitor, review and evaluate patient effectiveness. Liaising with physicians, nurses and other fellow health care professionals to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and economic drug treatment.
