Beauty Advisor Manager
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
* Handle day to day operations and administration requirements
* Daily Sales / Performance monitoring
* Training and Coaching to build staff capability and ensure quality
* Conduct supervisory / spot check duties
* Manage customer and consumer complaint with regards to BA conduct
* Custodian of the premium look and feel of Neutrogena Counters / Wall Unit
* Manage CRM database and complement marketing in rolling out CRM programs
* Training on product knowledge and selling skills
* Responsible for BA outlets sales setting, performance monitoring, and daily & monthly sales reporting
* Responsible for incentive calculation and to work with HR on monthly payout (salary, incentive, allowances, e2)
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
*
CIBTEC or CIDESCO qualification
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Preferably Managers specializing in Healthcare – Pharmacy or equivalent
* Fixed term employment available
